This is the story about an idea. We thought it was a crazy idea when we saw this sad $1,000 RV for sale: we’d buy it, fix it up, make it self-sufficient, sell or give away all of our posessions, and live in the wilds. A crazy idea to step away from the fake problems of this rat race we’re recruited into. Perhaps even a stupid idea.
But with the economy going down and taking gas prices with it, we decided that sometimes crazy ideas have a way of balancing out in the end. So we’ve sold our cars and invested the cash into our RV and the equipment that would make it work.
This is a story about making our way under spacious skies. About finding our own manifest destiny.
