UV ageing studies: evaluation of lightfastness declarations of commercial acrylic paints
plus, original research and personal experience
notes
I am finished with my research and do not intend to update this chart. Acrylic paint manufacturers sometimes change their formulas — and the prices represented here are certainly ephemeral — yet this chart may be a useful foundation for your own continued research. Not all acrylic paint manufacturers are included — the first criteria was whether their single-pigment palettes came close to approximating the CMY|RGB color wheel. That said, just because the paint you are interested in is not on the list, that in itself is not a de facto judgement.
